But..A Few Art Things Start WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16

7-10AM Artists are coming to stamp blank canvas (unlimited) and start painting the Village. Location: Chemistry in Place, 1712 E Capitol Dr, Shorewood, WI 53211

10am-12noon /Boot Camp
Drop-In services to prep the Emerging Artists and Professional Artists with Credit Card processing, basic plein air setup and skills, and specific Shorewood Village Information and interest/sites/requested locations

4:30-6:30PM Happy Hour Stamp Canvas and Check in at sponsor: Olson House, Location 4326 N. Oakland, Shorewood, WI 53211.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17

7am–10am: Artist Check-In Village Center: Canvas stamping available 3920 N Murray, Shorewood, WI 53211.

7am-4pm: Artists paint the Village

4pm–9pm: Evening Urban Cityscape Quickpaint and Shopwalk; Block Party at 4500 N. Oakland “Kensington Square” @ Three Lions Pub. Bands, entertainment. School of Rock Performs at 5:30. Gin Mill Band at 6:30 featuring Violent Femmes Drummer John Sparrow. Milwaukee Art Museum Kohl’s Color Wheels activities for kids!

4pm-6pm: Artists Check In QuickPaint Canvas at Table located in front of Colectivo, 4500 N Oakland.

Paint for 2.0 Hours.

6-8pm: Artists Check in Artwork at Block Party Tent for Immediate Easel Display at former Goldi’s Location 4111 N Oakland. Quickpaint Artwork will be on display in the storefront windows until Saturday morning, 9/19 at 7am, when it will be for sale all day until 9pm.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18

7am–9am: Breakfast at the Plensa at Atwater Park Bluff at Lake Drive and Capitol Drive – open to all community

9am–5pm: Artists paint the Village

5pm–8pm: Artists paint at Hubbard Park Concert Area; Dinner with Artists and Community – Dinner Available $10 includes brat/beer or wine/beverage

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19

7am–10am: Artists deliver artwork to Event Tent at 1701 E. Capitol Drive, Front lawn of Shorewood High School. Beer/Wine/Food for sale all day 10am-9pm.

10am-9pm Purchase Art

6pm-9pm All artwork for sale may be taken immediately.

10am–Noon: Collectors’ Sneak Peek Reception OPEN TO ALL FREE OF CHARGE – First Peek of Plein Air Artwork for sale in Tent sponsored by Desty and Connie Lorino

Noon–2pm: Artist Demos and Workshops for All Ages (Sponsored by Culver’s), Culver’s custard giveaway (while supplies last), Shorewood High School Pep Band performs!

5pm-6pm: Awards Ceremony!
